Chapter 15. Writing Good Code

Considerations for important projects

15.1. Readability

This is one of the most important qualities of good code, luckily, it is an art that becomes natural with practice. One of the biggest detractors from readability is "clever" code. Scrunching multiple operations into one line or statement may have seemed like an achievement but when someone else tries to read it it will slow them down if they have to unravel these operations in there head.
