Description

This is a driver for SCSI media changers. The most common such devices are tape libraries and MOD/CDROM jukeboxes. This option is for real jukeboxes; you don't need it for tiny 6-slot CD-ROM changers. Media changers are listed as "Type: Medium Changer" in /proc/scsi/scsi. Check Documentation/scsi/scsi-changer.txt for details.
