Q: How to install WinPopup (LinPopUp)?

1. Read General Notes
2. Read How to add extra repositories?
3. Read How to install Samba Server for files/folders sharing service?

4. sudo apt-get install linpopup
   sudo gedit /usr/share/applications/linpopup.desktop

5. Insert the following lines into the new file

   [Desktop Entry]
   Name=LinPopUp
   Comment=LinPopUp
   Exec=linpopup
   Icon=/usr/share/pixmaps/linpopup.xpm
   Terminal=false
   Type=Application
   Categories=Application;Utility;

6. Save the edited file (sample)
7. Read How to refresh GNOME panel?
8. Applications -> Accessories -> LinPopUp
