The handle box widget can be adds a handle to a child
widget; by dragging on the handle, the child can be
removed from the window and positioned elsewhere on the
user's desktop. The handle box is often used for
toolbars. GnomeDock and GnomeDockItem offer a more
flexible (but more elaborate) alternative.
