Fixed BUG# 3889 Thai encoding not correctly supported

Updated many of the test cases

Fixed problem with using compression

Bumped version number to 1.0.0 for beta 1 release

Added COPYING.rtf file for use in installer

Removed all of the XML comment warnings (I'll clean them up better later)

Removed some last references to ByteFX
