ALIGN =
TOP
| BOTTOM
| LEFT
| RIGHT
ALIGN
sets the alignment of the
table caption.
ALIGN
doesn't work like other alignment attributes. There are only four accepable values.
ALIGN=TOP
puts the caption n top of the table, and
ALIGN=BOTTOM
put it below.
ALIGN=LEFT
puts the caption on top to the left, and
ALIGN=RIGHT
puts it on top to the right.

VALIGN
attribute but not Netscape. If you want to put the caption on the bottom to the right or left you can use styles:
